W2 | 12 months Contract | Hybrid (3days onsite/2 days remote)
Pay: $30-$50/hour (W2)
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment experience.
- Agency recruiting experience with a proven track record of placing sales professionals.
- Experience recruiting mid-to-senior-level professionals in professional services, B2B sales, or consulting.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and inclusive hiring.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to an excellent candidate experience.
- Comfortable using AI-powered and technology-enabled recruitment tools.
