Sirius Staffing is hiring an Equipment Engineer Manager for a facility in Beverly, MA. In this role, you will focus on optimizing performance and ensuring high reliability of all equipment through continuous improvement strategies and team leadership.
Compensation: $150K ($72/hr)
Schedule: On-site 100% with a schedule of Mon-Fri, 8-hour days (flexible schedule between 7:30-5:00)
Job Description
As an Engineering Equipment Manager in the Semiconductor dept., you will be responsible for leading the design, development, installation, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of equipment engineers and technicians.
- Drive equipment reliability and efficiency through structured process improvement initiatives.
- Manage equipment-related projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and maintain accurate documentation on equipment performance and
maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience in equipment management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments, SPC, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and various OS platforms.
- Relevant certifications and/or military experience in electronics or engineering fields are a plus
