Position: LPN Unit ManagerPay Range: Starting at $42.00/HRLocation: , 2830 I St. NE., Auburn, WA 98002What you will do:- Create and distribute daily work assignments to staff
- Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following the facility policy and procedures - redirecting or educating as necessary
- Participate in training programs and assist with new staff orientation
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents
- Process/assist with all new admission orders
Must have:- Current LPN license without any enforcement action against it
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
- BLS Certified
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
