Job Title: AML Business Analyst I

Duration: 2026-10-12 to 2027-04-09

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $28.80- $38.07 hourly on W2

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, financial services, mortgage operations, reporting, customer service, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including the ability to navigate dashboards and interpret reporting and performance data.
Experience reviewing operational reports and identifying trends, exceptions, or discrepancies.
General understanding of business controls, control execution, risk management, or quality-assurance processes.
Must be comfortable with customer interactions able to engage .

SOFT SKILLS:

Demonstrated customer-service experience, including the ability to communicate professionally with customers and business partners.
Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a deadline- and SLA-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

NICE-TO-HAVE

Previous mortgage, lending, banking, or financial-services experience preferred.
