The Sales Representative will play a key role in achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while adhering to company policies.
Provide information on insurance products, benefits administration, and HIPAA regulations as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends and competitive positioning.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups through our sales administration system.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
Familiarity with insurance sales processes is a plus.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience in telemarketing or lead generation is advantageous.
Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA compliance is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
