We're seeking a dynamic Corporate Development Analyst to join our team and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role combines hands-on support for acquisitions, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), offering exposure to high-impact deals and financial modeling in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
Support M&A processes from deal sourcing to closing, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Perform FP&A tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support business development strategies.

Qualifications:

Recent MBA graduate (B-school) or 2-4 years of post-undergrad experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and tools like PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; passion for corporate strategy and deal-making.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required; CFA or similar certifications a plus.
