Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with our leadership team and help scale our business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of improving and streamlining small businesses, with both academic credentials and hands-on experience in operations, management, or business administration.

This role requires a sharp operator who can turn vision into execution, someone who thrives in an online, fast-moving environment and can ensure our company runs efficiently, profitably, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and improve day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
Design, implement, and refine processes to support sustainable growth in a digital-first consulting business.
Manage financial performance, budgets, and reporting in collaboration with leadership.
Build and oversee internal systems for project management, client delivery, and operational workflows.
Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and translate them into actionable plans.
Work with external partners, contractors, and service providers to streamline business functions.
Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve profitability and client satisfaction.
Provide leadership, structure, and accountability across the organization as we continue to expand.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (business, operations, or related field required; MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, business management, or leadership roles.
Proven track record of improving processes, systems, and outcomes for small or growing businesses.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and resources.
Familiarity with online business models, consulting, or digital services preferred.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms, and CRMs.
Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-driven.
