Ultimate Drain Cleaning is a fast-growing plumbing and excavation company serving over 4,000 jobs each month across eight states. We’re built on hard work, integrity, and precision — not corporate fluff.

We’re expanding our headquarters team and hiring a Finance & Operations Controller to help tighten control over spending, payroll accuracy, and phone-based sales approvals.

What You’ll Do

- Track and approve employee spending, fuel, materials, and credit card charges.

- Audit purchases and identify discrepancies or waste.

- Authorize same-day phone sales, pricing adjustments, and discounts.

- Verify tech hours vs. Dispatch.me data and payroll reports.

- Prepare weekly spending and efficiency reports for management.

- Flag overtime, duplicate hours, or unprofitable jobs.

- Work directly with dispatch, billing, and executive staff to maintain accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years in service-industry finance, construction admin, or operations control.

- Strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and QuickBooks (Dispatch.me a plus).

- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

- Ability to communicate clearly with both field and office teams.

- Self-starter who enjoys solving operational problems before they reach the CEO.

Pay & Benefits

- $60,000 – $80,000 / year, depending on experience
