We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing necessary documentation.
Utilize financial software to input data, generate reports, and analyze financial information.
Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial data and provide support as needed.
Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and assist with audits as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in financial software is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.34 - $29.31 per hour
