Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly in regards to packaging, and be capable of delivering on graphic projects across multiple distinct in-house brands. You will be responsible for designing a variety of materials, including packaging, signage, marketing collateral, and digital content, while ensuring adherence to color management and brand guidelines.

Duties

Develop innovative graphic designs for sign manufacturing and other visual projects.
Collaborate with team members to create engaging marketing materials that align with our brand strategy.
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to produce high-quality graphics.
Manage color profiles to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
Create and edit video content to enhance marketing initiatives.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final products.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
Assist in the development of HTML-based designs for web applications as needed.
Use sketching techniques to brainstorm ideas and visualize concepts.

Requirements

A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills.
Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in packaging design and sign manufacturing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; familiarity with HTML is a plus.
Strong understanding of color management principles and their application in design projects.
Experience with video editing software is preferred.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects across multiple brands.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
