Job Summary
I am seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. I need a reliable communicator and the ability to get things done smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. There is room for advancement into more design oriented tasks.

Duties
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist in meeting clients on site for deliveries and placing furnishings
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items
- Type, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes
- Provide general administrative support as needed

Experience
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with project coordination
- Eye for design

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
