Your Mission: Deliver Exceptional Fiduciary Advice

Your expertise will be crucial as you work directly with clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities: The development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans, strategizing across retirement, tax, and estate planning.

Client-Facing Service: Engage directly with clients to understand their financial objectives, answer questions, and build trusted, long-term relationships. Confidently lead client meetings, providing honest, fiduciary-level guidance.
Case Preparation: Streamline client-related materials for meetings, ensuring a seamless and premium professional advisory experience.
Implementation Support: Assist in the efficient execution and maintenance of client portfolios and relationships.

Note: This role is focused purely on financial planning and client relationship management. There are no portfolio management responsibilities and investment management experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications: What You'll Bring

To be considered for this exclusive advisory role, you MUST meet the following requirements:

Active CFP® Designation: Must hold the active Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. If you do not currently hold this certification, please DO NOT APPLY.
Experience: A minimum of three years of direct, client-facing financial planning experience.
Client Engagement: Significant experience in a customer-facing financial services role and the ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
Technical Proficiency: Proven proficiency with eMoney software and Redtail CRM is required. Professional Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, coupled with a self-starter attitude and a strong commitment to ethical practice.
