Closet Designer / Interior Designer (Remote – Custom Closets)

We are seeking a talented Closet Designer / Interior Designer to join our growing custom closet company. The ideal candidate has experience in space planning, design visualization, and creating detailed layouts for residential closet projects.

Responsibilities

Create functional and visually appealing closet layouts using provided floor plans
Develop 3D renderings and design presentations for client approval
Prepare finalized designs and order documents for production
Collaborate with clients virtually (and occasionally in person) to refine designs and ensure satisfaction
Participate in larger, on-site consultations as needed

Qualifications

Experience in closet design or interior design required
Proficiency with Closet Pro software (highly preferred) or similar design tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate client needs into practical design solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Compensation

Base salary during the initial training period
Per-project commission added once the designer begins meeting with clients directly

Work Environment:

This is primarily a remote position. Most client interactions and design work are completed virtually, with occasional in-person meetings for larger or complex projects

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $49,459.37 - $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10001
