We are seeking a full-time experienced and strategic remote Controller to oversee our accounting team and play a key leadership role in guiding the financial direction of our organization. The Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and provide critical financial insights that support decision-making and organizational growth. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will manage financial operations including financial statements, treasury functions, payroll, audit coordination, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages.
Provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership by gathering, evaluating, and interpreting financial data.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $175,000 – $180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
10% annual bonus

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory/management responsibilities.
Must have Healthcare experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Start up or PE experience a plus
Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all organizational levels.
