LOCATION: SE Portland

SALARY: $90,000 – $130,000 per year

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Direct-Hire, Monday – Friday, standard business hours. One day remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare timely financial statements.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax filings.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
Develop, manage, and report on KPIs.
Provide financial analysis for pricing, contracts, capital investments, and operational efficiency.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and event teams.
Manage cash flow, vendor relationships, and treasury functions, including responsibilities for the LLC.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting leadership experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and advanced Excel.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Accounting experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position performs general office duties and works in an office environment.
