Overview
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to connect with our target audience. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional with expertise in digital marketing tools and social media management to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tic Tok, You Tube,Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite and Buffer.
Design eye-catching graphics and multimedia content utilizing Cap Cut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce strategies.
Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and consistency before publication.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Cap Cut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Mgr, Hootsuite or Buffer.
Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and Facebook Advertising.
Ability to produce high-quality visual content including photography and video editing.
Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content review.
