Role Summary

We are looking for a versatile Brand & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of strategic brand thinking and hands-on creative execution. You will contribute to the visual identity of Air Oasis across all platforms, including our e-commerce website, social media, and email marketing.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can move seamlessly between high-level brand strategy and tactical asset creation, including photography and videography. This is a hybrid role based in our Amarillo, TX office.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity: Contribute to and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual assets for our website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Multimedia Production: Lead the creation of engaging photography and short-form videography for marketing campaigns and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
E-commerce Support: Design landing pages and UI elements that enhance the customer journey and reflect our premium brand positioning.
Content Marketing: Collaborate within the marketing team to produce visually compelling content for email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, including product photography and raw video footage.
Marketing Promotions: Participate in the scheduling and sequencing of creative assets across various platforms to ensure the seamless execution of seasonal promotions and offers.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and brand development, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or ecommerce environment.
Software Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and Figma/Canva.
Technical Skills: Proven ability in digital photography and video editing/motion graphics. Proficiency in AI generation and editing of photos and videos.
Design Sensibility: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
