Puzzle Leagues Program Manager + Puzzlemaster (Prescott)

Pay: $20.00–$50.00/hr + tips + revenue share

Hours: 6–10 hrs/week to start (can grow to full-time)

Location: Prescott, AZ (in person)

Puzzle Rides is an award-winning, escape-room-style scavenger hunt on golf carts through historic downtown Prescott and Scottsdale. We’re hiring an energetic, professional Puzzlemaster who will also own and grow our newest created market: Puzzle Leagues (recurring weekly puzzle competitions). This is not just “show up and host”—you’ll help design, run, and market events so attendance grows, and you’ll earn more as revenue grows.

What You’ll Do

Own Puzzle Leagues (core): run 3 events/week (afternoons & evenings), refine formats (jigsaw races, word hunts/crosswords, sudoku, murder mystery nights), build regulars, and drive attendance through consistent local marketing and outreach.
Guide Puzzle Rides: safely drive a 6-passenger golf cart and host escape-room-style scavenger hunt rides (training provided).
Corporate events (as needed): lead larger team-building experiences with professionalism and fun.

Outgoing, quick-witted, strong host/improv energy
Professional and reliable (runs events on time, owns details)
Comfortable with families and corporate groups
Excited to build something and promote it—this role rewards results

Compensation

W-2 hourly pay + tips + revenue share (Puzzle Leagues), 1099 as Puzzlemaster
Hours start part-time and can expand with bookings and league growth
