Business Development Specialist – Responsibilities

Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new direct clients on a consistent monthly basis.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and new client acquisition goals.
Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and networking to build a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
Schedule and lead introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present company solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of service, satisfaction, and account growth.
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing relationships to maximize retention and expansion.
Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery for new and existing clients.
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and agreements to prospective clients.
Represent the company professionally in all client and prospect interactions.
Continuously refine sales approach, messaging, and strategy to improve close rates and revenue performance.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission
Commission structure designed to reward new client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term account success
