Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Writer / Proposal Coordinator to join our team. Duties

Develop, write, and edit comprehensive proposals, including technical content, executive summaries, and compliance matrices
Coordinate proposal activities by managing timelines, deliverables, and communication among team members
Conduct research to gather relevant data, industry standards, and client requirements to inform proposal content
Utilize Visio to create clear diagrams, flowcharts, and visual aids that enhance proposal presentations
Proofread all proposal documents meticulously to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into accessible language
Maintain organized records of proposal drafts, versions, and submission history for future reference

Requirements

Proven experience in technical writing or proposal development within a professional or technical environment
Strong editing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external clients
Proficiency in Word processing software such as Microsoft Word; familiarity with Visio is highly desirable
Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information into compelling narratives
Experience with proofreading to ensure high-quality deliverables
Knowledge of project management tools and ability to coordinate multiple deadlines simultaneously

Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $30,899.00 - $45,966.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
