We are launching a personal injury office in Los Angeles and are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to build and scale a powerful referral network across Southern California.

This is not a corporate marketing role. This is a relationship-building, revenue-generating, boots-on-the-ground opportunity.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can:

Develop and manage a referral network of:
Personal injury attorneys (conflict cases & overflow)
Chiropractors and medical providers
Physical therapists
Pain management clinics
Orthopedic and spine surgeons
Body shops and tow yards
Community leaders and professional organizations
Establish co-counsel relationships
Identify high-value case sources
Represent the firm at networking events and industry functions
Create and execute strategic outreach plans
Track referral performance and ROI
Help position the firm as a premium boutique alternative to billboard PI firms

Ideal Candidate

3+ years in business development, legal marketing, or referral-based industries
Experience in personal injury strongly preferred
Existing network in Los Angeles PI ecosystem is a major plus
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Professional, polished, and confident presence
Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
Results-driven mindset
