Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized financial plans aligned with clients’ long-term goals
Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Conduct client meetings with clarity, professionalism, and purpose
Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver comprehensive financial guidance
Utilize firm resources and partnerships to offer a wide range of financial products and services
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through ongoing learning

Qualifications:

Active Life Producer License in your state of residence (Virginia)
Proven experience selling life insurance products and generating leads
Strong communication and phone skills
Business-driven mindset with the desire to grow a personal practice
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
Self-motivated professionals with a strong work ethic
