This role is your seat at a table where strategy isn’t filtered through six layers of approval. You’ll advise 3–5 clients directly, lead cross-channel planning, and have a real voice in how this agency grows. No pointless internal meetings. No billable-hour theater. Just sharp strategy, honest data, and clients who care about results as much as you do.

The commute is short, the work matters, and the path to leadership is measured in impact, not tenure.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

→ You’ll Be the Person Clients Call First

You’re the strategic lead for 3–5 client accounts — the person business owners call when they need to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to go next.

You’ll run discovery sessions, lead quarterly planning, and present integrated strategies that connect data, paid media, SEO/AEO, content, and conversion optimization directly to revenue.

You won’t hide behind dashboards. You’ll tell the story the data is trying to tell, and you’ll challenge assumptions when the numbers point in a different direction.

→ You’ll Orchestrate the Full Channel Mix

You won’t be siloed into one platform. You’ll lead cross-functional strategy across the channels that matter most for each client — CTV, paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO/AEO, content, and emerging tools when appropriate.

You’ll partner with internal specialists to execute at a high level, ensuring every initiative ties back to business-level KPIs: qualified calls, retained cases, booked jobs, revenue growth.

When something underperforms, you’ll catch it early and recommend the pivot before it becomes a problem.

→ You’ll Make the Data Mean Something

GA4, CRM feedback loops, platform reporting — you’ll use all of it. But more importantly, you’ll translate it.

You’ll partner with leadership on select new business pitches and strategic audits, contributing performance insights and growth recommendations.

You’ll spot expansion opportunities inside existing accounts. You’ll contribute to the case studies and thought leadership that attract the kind of clients worth having.

This isn’t a churn-and-burn shop. Growth here is intentional, and you’ll help shape what it looks like.

→ You’ll Raise the Bar for the Whole Team

You’ll mentor Digital Marketing Specialists, collaborate across ad ops, SEO/AEO, content, web dev, data ops, and creative.

You’ll help refine how strategy is delivered across the agency, not just manage within the current system.

You’ve spent 5+ years in the agency world, and at least a couple of those years owning client strategy and relationships, not just executing campaigns planned by someone else.

You’re fluent in paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO, display, and video. You know your way around GA4. You’ve managed multiple accounts simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Most importantly, you have executive presence. You’re comfortable presenting to business owners. You can discuss acquisition cost, ROI, and growth targets without defaulting to platform metrics.

You don’t need someone checking in every morning. You operate with ownership.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000, depending on experience and impact

On-target total compensation: $95,000–$115,000, including performance bonus
