What We Offer:

Fast-track to management in 6-12 months
$100,000–$150,000 base comp+ per year, plus bonuses and commissions

What we’re looking for...

Begin as a Financial Professional to gain firsthand experience in client relationships, business development, and financial solutions.
Learn to provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, and protection strategies.
Complete required licensing and training to prepare for leadership. We pay for license training and FINRA exams.
After your first year, transition into a paid six-month intensive management training program.
Recruit, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals.

About you...

Prior sales, business ownership, or management experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree a plus, but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Commitment to professional and personal growth.
Ability to pass state insurance licensing and FINRA registrations (training and support provided).
