About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for a mid-level professional or a high-potential junior with 2–5 years of experience who is eager to grow into a leadership position within 12–18 months. Reporting directly to the CEO (with close collaboration alongside our CTO and COO), you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, generating qualified leads, supporting sales efforts, and helping build the foundational commercial structure that will fuel our US and global expansion. You will have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how we position and sell our services in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, content marketing, and other digital channels to attract US and global prospects in software development, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, Digital Process Automation (DPA), and digital transformation.
Optimize and maintain our website, including service pages, case studies, calls-to-action, and SEO improvements to support lead conversion.
Create professional sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral that clearly communicate the value of our services.
Research and contribute to the packaging of our offerings (e.g., AI integration programs, cloud maintenance retainers, digital transformation packages) and assist with pricing strategy under the guidance of leadership.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book discovery calls, and conduct initial sales conversations with decision-makers.
Set up and manage basic commercial infrastructure, including CRM implementation (HubSpot or similar), sales process documentation, and pipeline tracking.
Track and report on key performance metrics (leads generated, meetings booked, website performance, etc.) to continuously improve results.
Collaborate with the CTO and technical team to translate complex solutions into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
Stay current with industry trends in cloud, AI, and digital transformation to inform our go-to-market approach.

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required (both written and spoken) – you will be working with diverse clients across the US and Latin America.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in business development, inside sales, digital marketing, or marketing/sales support within a technology, IT services, software development, cloud, or digital agency environment.
Proven track record of generating leads and supporting sales pipelines (portfolio or examples of campaigns, content, or outreach results strongly preferred).
Strong writing and communication skills – able to create compelling website copy, presentations, emails, and proposals.
Working knowledge of marketing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or similar CRM, Google Analytics, basic SEO) and comfort learning new platforms quickly.
Basic understanding of technology concepts (cloud infrastructure, AI, digital transformation) and the ability to translate them into customer-friendly language.
Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment with high autonomy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
