About Us

Nothing else is a sensitive skincare brand focusing on waterless, preservative-free skincare. We're coming up on our first anniversary and looking for our first full-time hire. We're already in 50 stores, like Wolf & Badger in SoHo, and now we're looking to build our social media presence.

About the Role

We're looking for someone versatile. You will work directly with the founder every day and serve as the creative engine and brand voice. This is not a traditional corporate desk job. This is a true early-stage start-up environment. Every single day is different, and no task is too small. We are looking for a highly creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to own our digital footprint. If you thrive on autonomy and want to shape the identity of a rising brand from the ground up, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: ensure all social media channels (TikTok/Insta) are operating smoothly at all times.
Community Management: always be on social media, liking, commenting, and engaging with our community.
Ambassador Management: Source, vet, and manage our brand ambassador program, building real relationships with creators and our community, using excel to stay organized.
Production Support: Assist with professional photoshoots, coordinating assets, styling, and ensuring brand alignment.
Events: Help plan, set up, and execute in-person brand activations and local events.
Create Content: Concept, shoot, edit, and publish high-engagement content for TikTok/InstaBrand
Advocacy: Be the online face and voice of the brand where needed, deeply understanding skincare trends, ingredients, and community culture.
Ad Spend: experience with meta ads, tiktok shop, and online platforms are a major plus.

Who You Are

A True Generalist: You are as comfortable editing a tiktok, hauling boxes of event gear, responding to dm's, or building out an Excel spreadsheet.
Visually Driven: You have a sharp eye for modern, clean aesthetics and understand how to translate a minimalist brand identity into compelling video and photo formats.
Skincare Obsessed: You know the industry landscape, understand ingredients, and genuinely love the space.
Start-up Mentality: You don't wait for a playbook. You are proactive, highly organized, and energized by a fluid, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Based in NYC with the ability to work in-person every day.
Proven experience creating native short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) with a portfolio or live links to show.
Strong organizational skills to handle multi-tasking across events, creator management, and content calendars.
