This position is ideal for:

Entrepreneurs / Self-Starters
Skilled Professionals in Sales, Project Management, or Construction
Ability to set your schedule and generate your own book of business
Anyone who wants to make their 100-250K+ per year in the spring/summer/fall and have winters off!
150K per year is the average.

What we provide and what the position includes:

Uncapped commissions, your input is your output
Bonus tiered commission structure
Unlimited PTO
You will be provided initial/ongoing training, all marketing and attire (polos, jackets, hats, etc. . .)
You will have a sales manager with you on a daily basis to support your clientele as well as ensure your success, or as needed
Ability to effectively build and manage your book of business through canvassing, self-generation, and company-provided leads
Complete damage inspections and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
Coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure completion of the work (excluding: ordering & delivery of materials/permits, coordinating with any subs, estimating/supplementing)

Compensation:

Performance-based role with a 6-month guaranteed draw while you ramp up
This position pays you based on your results
60-day sign-on bonus + Commission
A tiered commission structure that increases as you hit your goals
Ability to draw against commissions
Additional bonus incentive plans for high performers

***THIS IS NOT 9-5. Your time is managed by you. You must efficiently manage your time based on our training. If you work hard from March to November, you can easily make six figures and not need to work until the next March!***

**Daily trips to our office and office hours will NOT be required once training is completed**

Pay: $99,999.00 - $250,000.00 per year
