At Jiménez Floyd Family Law Firm, we help families navigate some of the most important moments of their lives. We’re a client-focused firm with a bold, growing brand — and we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to own our marketing and take our presence to the next level.

About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone who loves creating content and making a brand shine. You’ll be the engine behind our social media, video production, online reputation, and community presence — producing daily content, leading media days, and bringing creative ideas to life. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on ownership, organization, and a fast daily cadence, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Create, edit, and publish engaging content every day — reels and image posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Plan and lead media/filming days from concept and shooting schedule to final, edited footage
Keep our podcast and media studio organized and camera-ready
Manage our online reputation, responding to Google reviews in our brand voice
Track marketing performance and keep our analytics and reporting current
Produce employee recognition and anniversary content
Identify and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and local engagement opportunities
Own projects from start to finish with proactive communication and dependable follow-through

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation (professional services or a law firm is a plus)
Strong short-form video production and editing skills for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
Fluency across major social platforms and scheduling tools such as HootSuite
Excellent writing and communication, with a sharp eye for brand and design
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently with minimal direction
Event planning and coordination experience

Bonus Points

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with the legal or family law industry
Photography/videography and studio or podcast production experience
Experience with marketing analytics and lead-tracking

Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
