Who We Want:
We seek a results-driven professional focused on building a robust pipeline in the first year. Ideal candidates will develop new client relationships, adhere to our pricing strategy, and execute sales processes. Commitment to teamwork and effective CRM usage is crucial. You’ll engage in continuous training and adhere to a “Dress for your day” policy, ensuring professionalism.

What You’ll Do:
As a Pella South Texas Sales Representative, you'll find new clients in San Antonio, Texas, whose needs align with our offerings. Your duties include hunting for potential customers, qualifying prospects, achieving revenue targets, driving sales cycles, handling conversations with tact, and maintaining integrity. CRM software will be vital for tracking activities and updates.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience
Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent hunting/prospecting skills

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of related experience or training
Bi-lingual is a plus
Knowledge of building methods and local building codes
Knowledge of window and door installation
