Total Potential Income (Base + Revenue Sharing): $85,000-$105,000/year

Includes base salary plus additional revenue-sharing earnings.

Base Pay: $80,000-$85,000

Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year

What Your Day Looks Like

Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time
Top performers average 11-12 patients/day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care)
Build plans of care that match your clinical style
Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners
Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care
