Beacon Communications is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow client social accounts across toys, gaming, retail, and entertainment. You’ll be the go-to for strategy, content, and community—bringing bold ideas to life while ensuring measurable results. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, confident client partner, and savvy strategist who thrives in the fast-moving world of social.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.

● Manage day-to-day publishing across key channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).

● Plan, create, and curate high-impact content, working with creative, design, influencer, and production partners.

● Own social content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.

● Monitor social trends, emerging platforms, and cultural conversations to identify opportunities for the brand to show up in relevant ways.

● Engage directly with our community, responding to comments, building conversation, and managing consumer feedback.

● Track performance with clear KPIs and analytics and optimize content and strategy based on insights.

● Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, paid media, influencer, creative, and product) to ensure consistency and integration across all channels.

● Manage social listening and reporting, sharing weekly/monthly insights with internal stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

● 2–4 years of social media management (agency experience a plus)

● Proven track record of growing engaged social communities.

● Strong understanding of platform best practices, algorithms, and current trends (particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts).

● Experience using social analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, or native platforms).

● Excellent writing and communication skills, with a sharp eye for brand voice and storytelling.

● Strong creative instincts - comfortable briefing content, reviewing visuals, and ideating new concepts.

● Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work cross-functionally, and meet deadlines.
