Architectural Artistry: Translate complex architectural plans and field measurements into immaculate, highly accurate shop drawings and material submittals for luxury builds.
Champion the Brand: Act as the primary technical liaison, confidently guiding custom builders and high-end clients through design revisions, premium hardware selection, and layout updates.
Collaborate to Innovate: Work side-by-side with our project managers, sales executives, and production engineers to ensure a seamless, error-free handoff to the shop floor.
Set the NXT Standard: Embody our brand culture by bringing a collaborative, solutions-oriented, team-first attitude to the office every single day.
