The Opportunity
This is not a back-room drafting role. As a Cabinet Design Specialist, you are the crucial bridge between vision and reality for some of the most exclusive homes in the region. You will command Cabinet Vision to create stunning 3D renderings and flawless submittal drawings, while simultaneously serving as the face and voice of the NXT brand. You will collaborate daily with elite builders, architects, and discerning clients, turning complex, high-end concepts into buildable masterpieces.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the Software: Utilize Cabinet Vision to its full potential, generating high-fidelity 3D renderings, flawless floor plans, and detailed elevation drawings that win client approval.
- Architectural Artistry: Translate complex architectural plans and field measurements into immaculate, highly accurate shop drawings and material submittals for luxury builds.
- Champion the Brand: Act as the primary technical liaison, confidently guiding custom builders and high-end clients through design revisions, premium hardware selection, and layout updates.
- Collaborate to Innovate: Work side-by-side with our project managers, sales executives, and production engineers to ensure a seamless, error-free handoff to the shop floor.

Who You Are
Software Experience
Minimum of 2 years of active, hands-on experience using Cabinet Vision software specifically within a professional cabinet shop environment (Required).
The Software Expert
Advanced proficiency in Cabinet Vision with a deep understanding of how layout choices impact premium production.
The Communicator
Exceptional verbal and written presence; a professional who provides a "white-glove" experience and builds instant rapport with high-end builders and luxury clients.
The Luxury Mindset
2–5+ years of experience in custom luxury cabinetry design, possessing a sharp eye for space planning, architectural flow, and premium hardware.
The Team Player
A collaborative, low-ego professional who thrives in an active, on-site shop environment where everyone wins together.
