Marketing Automation & CRM Manager

ShotVet | Longwood, FL | Full-Time, In-Office

ShotVet is looking for a highly technical, hands-on marketer to own and operate our marketing automation and CRM ecosystem.

This is an owner/doer role. You won’t develop a strategy and hand it off to someone else. You’ll personally build the workflows, connect the systems, analyze results, troubleshoot problems, and continually improve the pet parent journey.

We know our brand and how we want to communicate. We need someone who can turn that vision into smart, scalable systems.

What You’ll Own

HubSpot: CRM, workflows, segmentation, automation, reporting, and optimization
Pet Parent Journey: Connect inquiry, booking, visits, reminders, follow-up, and reactivation
Dialpad: Phone trees, call routing, automation, tracking, and HubSpot integration
Email & SMS: Build and optimize automated customer journeys
Google Ads & Paid Social: Manage campaigns and connect marketing spend to appointments and revenue
AI: Use AI extensively for automation, personalization, analysis, testing, and execution
Data & Attribution: Understand what drives customers to book, return, and spend

Who We’re Looking For

Deep HubSpot expertise is a must, especially workflows, CRM architecture, automation, segmentation, and reporting
Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and attribution
Hands-on Google Ads and paid social experience
Comfortable with platforms like Dialpad and SMS automation
Highly proficient with AI and excited about finding new ways to use it
Analytical, curious, fast-moving, and comfortable figuring things out independently
A builder who personally executes—not someone who primarily manages agencies or other people

If you naturally ask, “How can we connect this, automate it, measure it, and make it better?” you’ll probably love this role.
