About This Role

We're pioneering Equipment-as-a-Service for commercial and multi-unit residential building maintenance. Instead of selling equipment, we put high-ticket capital assets to work for subscribers and support them on the revenue side. It's a new category, and the sale is consultative.

You'll own the full sales cycle end to end. Your prospects are career changers, existing service contractors, and small business owners looking for a real growth line. You'll walk them through the economics and what their first year actually looks like.

What You'll Do

Work qualified inbound leads from paid and organic channels—you get conversations with people already leaning in
Run discovery, build the business case, and close
Handle the operational conversation: financing, insurance referrals, regulatory requirements, and what it takes to stand the business up
Win competitive deals against other players in the space
Build outbound motion into the service contractor and drone communities, including trade events
Keep the CRM clean and forecast honestly

What We're Looking For

Sales experience carrying a quota
Track record selling subscriptions for high-ticket commercial maintenance equipment, capital assets, or comparable B2B services to owner-operators
Comfortable asking for significant, multi-year commitments
Strong economic storytelling—you can build a payback case on a whiteboard
Self-directed and remote-ready (we're a small team)
Willing to travel for customer meetings, training, and industry events

Nice to Have

Background in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or building services
Drone experience and/or Part 107 certification
Experience selling to owner-operator and startup buyers
