Note: MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States.This role is NOT open to 3rd party providers, W2 only.JOB SUMMARY: - We are seeking a strategic-minded individual with experience in engineering and integration of identity and access management (IAM) capabilities within a complex business environment. The ideal IAM lead delivers the best user experience while balancing application and Cybersecurity requirements. As a member of the Enterprise Systems team, the IAM lead plays a critical role in helping to implement the IAM strategy in pursuit of our desired outcomes
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work closely with teams who develop and manage the customer facing products and underlying technologies to ensure IAM strategy is integrated properly to manage all the customer access for the company
- Work with the solution implementer to help update the roadmap and ensure the team is progressing from a technical standpoint and that IAM strategy is implemented and integrated so scale across different products
- Leveraging key technologies and best practices, the IAM Lead will work collaboratively with IT, Product Owners, and Business software development teams to integrate IAM solutions that improve our security posture while equally improving employee/contractor and partner experience
- Establish, document, and communicate IAM services, capabilities, policies, and procedures to key IAM stakeholders and consumers
- Utilize effective collaboration and influencing skills to successfully carry out IAM and the overall information security mission
- Lean on deep subject-matter expertise in all areas of IAM including single sign-on, multifactor authentication, just-in-time access, extensive usage of API's and domain design
