Role Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Early Career Engineer. You will use your technical aptitude and creative problem solving to improve product quality and accelerate our production. You’ll have an impact you can see on the products we build in-house.
Starting Pay
From $70,000 - 80,000/year, depending on experience. Raises based on skill development and contributions to the team.

We are experiencing exciting growth and looking to expand our team of creative engineers. As part of this team, you’ll make a direct impact by accelerating production, improving safety and quality, and helping us bring new products to market.
Responsibilities
- Design production jigs and machines
- Prototype and test your designs utilizing our 3D printers and prototyping tools
- Implement your designs and processes into production
- Document and improve existing processes
- Analyze root causes of quality issues
- Verify quality of critical components, spec out parts for ordering, and source new vendors as needed
- Create wiring diagrams for new and existing kilns
- Assist in improving and introducing new products
Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering
- SolidWorks 3D CAD: 2 years, intermediate proficiency, including assembly modeling
- Knowledge of basic electrical theory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 3D printing, or basic programming are a bonus

Work Environment
The main work environment is an office setting; however, you will be required to perform work on the manufacturing floor, such as prototyping and implementing designs and processes.
