Who you are:
As a Third Party Contracts Analyst II you are our risk navigator, utilizing your expertise to provide professional assistance and collaborate with Legal and other subject matter experts as needed to interpret and ensure accuracy of contracts. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do:
• Aid in the development of complex and strategic acquisitions of third-party relationships to include consulting on statements of work, identification of qualified suppliers, proposal evaluations, services, and contract terms
• Draft and review of modifications, amendments, terms and conditions, SOW, and other contract documents
• Collaborate with Legal and other subject matter experts as needed to interpret and ensure accuracy of contracts and resolve escalated issues
• Support the Third Party Risk Management Program by assisting in execution of contract renewals, review of Service Level Agreements, etc. to maintain fulfillment of third party obligations
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree , or equivalent experience in procurement strategy
• 4+ years of experience in procurement strategy, regulatory compliance, industry regulations, and regulatory data sources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience in aiding stakeholders to define requirements and draft service level agreements
