The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution across both our real estate team and design-build firm. This is not just about posting pretty photos (though there will be plenty of those). It’s about building funnels, nurturing a growing audience, and turning inspiration into measurable growth. You’ll manage everything from email marketing and social campaigns to brand activations and digital initiatives. Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage digital offerings, including funnel design, content rollout, and retention strategies
- Create and manage marketing funnels to attract, nurture, and convert leads for both client services and digital offerings
- Build, manage, and segment email lists, ensuring messaging reaches the right audience at the right time
- Draft and oversee marketing calendars, aligning campaigns, newsletters, social media, and events
- Develop and maintain social media calendars, with a strong emphasis on Instagram growth and engagement
- Manage execution of marketing events, launches, and campaign deadlines from start to finish
- Create, schedule, and manage newsletters through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Kajabi
- Monitor and analyze performance across email, social, and digital campaigns, reporting insights and optimizing strategy
- Collaborate with leadership on creative storytelling and brand positioning to strengthen Kaage Homes as a lifestyle brand at the intersection of real estate and design
Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required, SFMC Certification preferred
- Proficiency with Kajabi, especially in building and launching courses and memberships
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing marketing funnels that drive measurable growth
- Track record of growing and managing Instagram accounts with engaging content and results
- Strong experience building email lists and creating segmentation strategies
- Skilled in planning and executing content calendars across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication skills and a creative eye for lifestyle storytelling
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
