What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize our loan management system.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to expand platform capabilities.
- Ensure applications meet the highest standards for security, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with PostgreSQL (or another relational database).
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in FinTech, lending, or financial services is a plus (but not required).
