What You’ll Do
- Own relationships end-to-end with SMB and agency customers — onboarding, support, and long-term success.
- Be the voice of the customer inside the company: translate needs into actionable feedback for product, sales, and operations.
- Turn chaos into clarity by designing repeatable processes and playbooks from unstructured partner interactions.
- Motivate and energize recruiters and business owners so that every conversation leaves them more confident and inspired.
- Problem-solve fast and precisely — handling high-volume requests without dropping the ball.
- Champion retention and growth by spotting risks early and uncovering opportunities to add value.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience (1–6 years): Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Operations at a high-growth startup (Series A–pre-IPO) or elite, high-performance organization.
- Customer-facing track record: You’ve managed clients or partners end-to-end — maybe as a CSM in FinTech, at an SMB SaaS, or as an Account Manager at a marketplace.
- Winning culture: You’ve been part of teams where operational excellence and accountability mattered.
- Academic or professional excellence: Strong educational background (top university, high GPA) or equivalent professional achievement that proves discipline and capability.
