Following significant growth driven by market demand and expansion efforts, it is now time to bolster on more sales talent to the existing team - we are hiring 15 Account Executives. They are looking for the hunters, the high energy types, killers who want to be surrounded by killers.

- A well-defined ICP focused on healthcare providers (physicians, clinics, and medical practices), proven value proposition that enhances financial efficiency for healthcare practices through integrated fintech solutions. And their credit card has better rewards than AMEX and Chase.
- 2 Funding rounds, series B most recently being led by Andreessen Horowitz and NEA with a strong path for continued growth after exceeding 9 figure ARR goals. Series C imminent, huge expansion plans currently.
- ACV of $50-150k with larger deals extending into the millions, these deals are closed in a 2-8 week deal cycle.
- Handed a book of business from the get-go so you can focus on selling and bringing in deals, not starting from scratch during your ramp-up. There are no region restrictions on what you chase.
- Strong market traction, driven by a high-performing team of A-players spread across NYC and DC offices. The Top Performing AE on the team is doing $50k a quarter currently.
- Collaborative work environment, you will get to contribute and be apart of a team of A-players and learn from strong talent around you, reporting directly to the sales leadership team.
The Role:
- Closing 6 figure deals with Medical practices, Healthcare Providers and Health tech companies - done through proactive outbound efforts.
- Prospecting activities to build the pipeline through outbound activities including market research, mapping, phone calls, LinkedIn emails and worldwide events.
- Working consultatively with prospective customers to understand their current financial set-up and coordinating internal teams to showcase how their solution is beneficial.
- Running the complete sales process from discovery to demo to close, utilising a well-established sales framework
- Consistently hitting and achieving targets set by the company.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and leadership to refine GTM strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders with a 5 figure/6 figure ACV. Bonus if you have experience in healthcare or fintech firms.
- Aggressive hunter-type, necessary to be a self-starter with a proven track record in a start-up or scale-up environment. You will need to lead deals from the front and involve the relevant internal teams as necessary.
- Based within a commutable distance to Manhattan NYC or Penn Quarter DC, this team work best when they are in the office together.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
