The person in this role will perform operational- and logistics-related tasks in support of POP MART’s wholesale order process. The coordinator will work with the POP MART Americas Wholesale Sales Operations Team to manage the end-to-end order-to-shipment process for all wholesale accounts.
Job Overview
Inventory & Order Management
- Pull and distribute weekly inventory reports to wholesale accounts.
- Receive and process sales orders from wholesale accounts, ensuring accurate entry into the system.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to reserve inventory and allocate stock efficiently.
Logistics & Shipping Coordination
- Generate carton markings and shipping labels in compliance with key accounts'vendor guidelines.
- Book and route shipments using customers' preferred freight carriers.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Business Support & Analysis
- Assist in preparing meeting materials for key account reviews and business updates.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, optimize inventory, and support wholesale business growth.
- Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.
What You Will Need:
- 3-5 years in Wholesale sales, B2B sales, sales operations.
- Fluent in Spanish (written & spoken), proficient in English (business-level) for internal coordination. Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, wholesale operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
