Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Dresses team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the success of day-to-day wholesale functions. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who thrives in a dynamic showroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and operational support to account executives
• Organize samples, line sheets, and showroom presentation tools
• Assist in the coordination of seasonal market appointments
• Track shipments, resolve order discrepancies, and maintain internal tracking logs
• Liaise with internal teams including logistics, planning, and customer service
• Manage order entry and confirmations in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience in wholesale, sales support, or fashion showroom
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with EDI and order systems a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is: $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
