This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and will play a key part in ensuring SUMMIT presents itself consistently, creatively, and compellingly across all channels. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, agile professional who thrives on project management, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the digital asset library, organizing and tagging creative materials, and fulfilling marketing requests while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support event coordination and onsite activations, including vendor communications, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Assist with content creation for social media, email, and web, and engage with online communities.
- Contribute to KPI reporting and campaign performance analysis.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining calendars in Monday.com.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a brand or marketing role (asset management, project coordination, or promotions/activations).
- Background in agency, attractions, or entertainment industry a plus.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for creative storytelling, social media, and cultural trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bynder and Monday.com a plus.
- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
