The RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is key to managing both our agency’s online presence and our clients’ accounts. You’ll be responsible for ideation, content creation, and account management—from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop creative social media campaigns and content calendars for both agency and client accounts.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and apply them to brand storytelling
Content Creation & Capture
- Oversee and participate in content capture (photo, video, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
- Write copy, design posts, and coordinate with creative resources as needed.
Account Management
- Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with communities, respond to messages/comments, and foster relationships.
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the agency team and clients to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
- Take initiative, manage multiple accounts independently, and deliver results on time.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred but not required).
- Strong creative skills (writing, photography, video, design basics).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and content creation tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for storytelling, trends, and building engaging online communities.
