About the Role:
You’ll work closely with partners and portfolio founders to support investment decisions, monitor portfolio company performance, and contribute to thesis development in key emerging areas. This is a high-impact role with exposure to the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and diligence through portfolio support and follow-on strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities across sectors
- Conduct market research, competitive landscape analysis, and founder assessments
- Build and maintain financial models, cap tables, and valuation frameworks
- Support ongoing portfolio management, including performance tracking and reporting
- Contribute to investment memos, internal presentations, and fund communications
- Attend pitch meetings and industry events, representing the firm with professionalism and insight
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a startup operating role
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to distill complex information quickly
- Passion for technology, startups, and founder-led innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft thoughtful investment theses
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
