Job Description:
- The role of the Procedures Mechanical Engineer Level I is pivotal in creating and ensuring the quality of the procedures for Power Generation Simple Cycle (SC), Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT), and Combined Heat and Power Projects (CCHP) in Multi Shaft and Single Shaft configurations.
- The Procedures Mechanical Engineer Level I is expected to demonstrate high independence and responsibility.
Language Skills:
- English, ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Having Spanish, Portuguese, or Japanese as a secondary language skill will be highly considered.
Education and/or Experience:
- A bachelor's degree (BS) in Mechanical Engineering or a Technical diploma from a college or university would be an asset.
- 2-4 years of direct experience in power generation, construction, industrial operation, or a combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience with basic software packages such as Project Schedule P6 or similar would also be an asset. Knowledge of ISO procedures and OSHA safety requirements would also be an asset.
