What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Owning The Front Lines)
- Call warm leads who already expressed interest (no cold calling).
- Set appointments that our closers can turn into cash.
- Confirm same-day meetings, follow up like your bonus depends on it (because it does).
- Update HubSpot like a pro-if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Handle inbound calls like you're the voice of a million-dollar brand.
- Team up with closers to lock down calendars and crush goals.
- Spot patterns. Share insights. Be part of the brain, not just the hands.
You're Perfect If You
- Have real appointment setting experience. You've done it before, and you've won.
- Are confident on the phone. You speak clearly, think quickly, and can steer a call.
- Can keep track of details. No sloppy notes, no missed follow-ups.
- Are competitive AF. You track your numbers and want to beat yesterday.
- Know HubSpot (or a similar CRM) like the back of your hand.
