Position Summary
The Membership Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership growth through
innovative and strategic sales initiatives. This role focuses on identifying and engaging high-quality prospects, developing personalized outreach strategies, and converting interest into
membership. Because Seven24 is being designed as a hand-selected Collective, this position
requires ambition, creativity, and the confidence to help create the business as we grow.
Primary Functions
• Develop and implement a comprehensive membership sales strategy to drive enrollment
and achieve ambitious targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential member segments and growth opportunities
within the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
• Lead proactive outbound sales, hand-selecting and cultivating relationships with well-connected individuals and organizations.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to design and deliver programming that
attracts prospective members and reinforces the Seven24 brand.
• Convert existing non-members (hotel guests, event attendees, referrals) into active
members through personalized outreach and tailored sales journeys.
• Track membership sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management,
detailing sales performance, market trends, and growth forecasts.
• Continuously refine outreach and acquisition tactics based on data, feedback, and
performance results.
• Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends to ensure Seven24 remains
competitive in the luxury membership landscape.
• Represent Seven24 externally at events, conferences, and industry gatherings, elevating
brand awareness and generating new leads.
• Build strategic relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to
create pipelines for membership growth.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to shape and grow a business from the ground up.
• Proven experience in luxury sales, hospitality, membership, or another high touch,
relationship-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with the persistence and creativity to thrive in a
performance-driven role.
• Well-networked, polished, and persuasive, with the ability to engage and inspire
accomplished professionals.
• Strategic thinker with the flexibility to experiment, adapt, and co-create new approaches
alongside leadership
Compensation: $80,000 per year
